Procare

Families register for a Procare account at enrollment. Apron Patch uses the Procare software and app to manage several aspects of care.

Procare is a child care management software. It helps both providers and families communicate and keep track of important information.
We use Procare to share information with families about schedules and curricula. We use it to share updates on daily activities, photos, and videos. Communication with families, such as monthly newsletters, time-sensitive alerts, and teacher messages is done through Procare as well.
Families can use Procare to track their child’s day, update immunizations, pay tuition, and communicate directly with their child’s teacher. We highly encourage parents to pay their weekly tuition using Procare.
